This building was constructed in the 1850s and is part of a historic district on the National Registrar of Landmarks. The building originally served as the Empire Flour Mill and was also used as a furniture warehouse from the 1940s until 1974, after which it fell vacant. Denton Floyd has partnered with the city of New Albany to transform the building into a new state-of-the-art city hall. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"background:white\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><span style=\"vertical-align:top\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\"><span montserrat=\"\" style=\"font-family:\"><span style=\"color:#191919\">Construction began on this project in August of 2018 with an expected completion date of November 2019.
