Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, in partnership with The Wheatley Group, is excited to announce their newest residential development, The Oxbow, a 43-unit luxury apartment community with first-floor Class A office and retail space located at 214 E Main St. in Downtown New Albany, In. A groundbreaking ceremony for The Oxbow will be held at the site on March 13th, 2025, at 11 a.m., with leadership from Denton Floyd, The Wheatley Group, and the City of New Albany in attendance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
