Platform Real Estate Group ("Platform") is excited to announce Platform Exchange at I-24 (“Platform Exchange”), a Class A industrial facility totaling 119,910 leasable square feet. The property is in Smyrna, TN, within the Nashville, TN MSA, immediately off the Lee Victory Parkway exit. As of April 20, 2026, construction is underway and delivery is slated for later this year.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
