Villas of Jeffersonville

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group (“Denton Floyd”) announces the construction of Villas of Jeffersonville located at 3001 Peach Blossom Dr, Jeffersonville, IN. Clarksville Lofts

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group (“Denton Floyd”) announces the recent acquisition of the former Crest Motel located in Clarksville, Indiana to be renovated and renamed as Clarksville Lofts.  The building will be transformed into 40 luxury studio and one-bedroom apartments with monthly rents starting at $790.  Each unit will have brand new flooring, appliances, washer and dryers, and high-end finishes.  The community will offer a state-of-the-art community center, dog spa, bike repair center, outdoor fire pits, and a resort-style pool.  Once completed Clarksville Lofts will be the ideal apartment community for young professionals and millennials. Lakeside Gardens

LDG Development and Denton Floyd Real Estate Group announce their newest residential development, Lakeside Gardens—a 360-unit apartment community that will provide much-needed housing to Jeffersonville and builds on the economic success that continues to take place near the I-265 corridor in Southern Indiana.
