Denton Floyd Completes Construction of Luxury Apartment Community in Jeffersonville
The Warren celebrated its grand opening Wednesday, November 5th
Denton Floyd Real Estate Group (Denton Floyd) is excited to unveil its newest development, The Warren, a 264-unit luxury, Class A, multifamily community. A ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening were held on November 5 at 4501 Town Center Blvd., Jeffersonville, Ind.
Located in Jeffersonville, one of the fastest growing submarkets in the Louisville Metropolitan Statistical Area, The Warren offers a mix of 84 one-bedroom, 132 two-bedroom, and 48 three-bedroom apartment homes, with rents ranging from $1,270 to $1,935 per month. This project was brought to life in part due to a strong partnership with Mayor Mike Moore, the Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission, and the City of Jeffersonville and will join other Denton Floyd assets built in the area to address the growing housing demand in the region.
