Denton Floyd Real Estate Group (“Denton Floyd”) acquired Park Chateau Apartments in March of 2019 and began transforming the 128-unit Old Louisville apartment community into what is now known as Lofts on Ormsby. Lofts on Ormsby is comprised of studios and one-bedrooms that have gone through significant renovations which include new LVP flooring, light fixtures, plumbing, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, vanities, appliances, and custom paint. Some of the units’ original charm is left such as real marble slabs and black and white tile floors in the bathrooms.
Exterior and common area upgrades will also include: the addition of a new resort-style pool that will include fire-pits and grilling area, new common area flooring and paint, bike repair/storage room, dog spa, and a new fitness center and community room.
