Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is excited to announce that two of its property managers won the 2019 Property Manager of the year awards for the Louisville Apartment Association (“LAA”) and the Greater Lexington Apartment Association (“GLAA”).
Forrest Harrison won the 2019 Property Manager of the Year for the LAA. Forrest is the property manager of Hampshire House and Sprowl Meadows, which represents 129 units located at 3041 Sprowl Road, Louisville, KY 40299. Forrest is a seasoned property manager with outstanding industry credentials, having worked in property management for over 10 years. Forrest is also heavily involved in the LAA, currently serving on the Outreach Committee.
Charity Cravens won the 2019 Property Manager of the Year for the GLAA. Charity is the property manager of Triple Crown & The Pines Apartments, which represents 275 units located at 3501 Pimlico Parkway, Lexington, KY 40517. Charity has over 20 years of property management experience, and in 2019 directed a significant renovation and stabilization of her property.
