Denton Floyd and LDG Enter the Indianapolis Market with their Newest Residential Development

Arlington Farms will be the first garden-style luxury apartments built in Greenwood in the last 20 years

Louisville, Ky. (March 14, 2023) – Denton Floyd Real Estate Group and LDG Development are excited to announce their newest residential development, Arlington Farms Apartments, a 408-unit Class A multifamily apartment community located at 6580 E. County Line Road in Greenwood, Ind. Arlington Farms offers premier 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units in one of the fastest-growing areas near Indianapolis.

“As part of Denton Floyd’s commitment to Building Better Communities, we are incredibly excited about the opportunity to provide a vital housing option for the Greenwood community,” said Brandon Denton, Co-Founder and Partner of Denton Floyd. “We believe the investment of Arlington Farms will support the city’s future economic growth.”

Located minutes from downtown Indianapolis, Greenwood is expected to experience tremendous economic growth over the next five years. Much of the growth will derive from new industrial and technological developments, including current and forecasted developments totaling over 50 million square feet.

“We are fortunate to develop one of the first garden-style luxury apartment communities that the community has seen in the last two decades,” said Chris Dischinger, Co-Founder and Principal of LDG. “Arlington Farms represents our first joint venture with Denton Floyd in this market, and we hope to continue to develop in this area given the economic growth that is projected for the foreseeable future.”

Amenities at the property include a community clubhouse, resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, children’s playground, volleyball courts, car wash, pet spa, and a dog park.
