Denton Floyd Named one of Louisville’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies in 2024
Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, for the fifth year in a row, was named one of the 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Greater Louisville by Louisville Business First. Fast 50 companies on Business First’s list must be independent, for-profit, and privately held. With 2023 revenues of $260.8 million, representing 125% growth from 2021, Denton Floyd’s expansion has been fueled by significant increases in new luxury multi-family and industrial developments, and the acquisition of assisted living and memory care facilities.

In 2023, Denton Floyd started construction on eight projects with an approximate total value of $450 million. Additionally, the company purchased six projects related to assisted living and memory care facilities. The majority of our new construction projects represent garden-style, luxury apartment communities.
