Denton Floyd Opens Indianapolis Office to Support Growing Operations in the Region
The new office will be located in Greenwood, IN, a rapidly growing suburb of the Indianapolis MSA
Denton Floyd Real Estate Group (“Denton Floyd”) is pleased to announce the opening of its newest office, located in Indianapolis, at 107 N. State Road 135, Suite 101, Greenwood, IN 46142.
This expansion supports Denton Floyd’s rapidly growing portfolio and operations in the greater Indianapolis region. The company currently manages Arlington Farms, a 408-unit multifamily community in Greenwood, and The Allure, a 288-unit multifamily community in Whiteland. Denton Floyd is also currently building The Post, a 288-unit community in Franklin, and The Solstice, a 288-unit community in Whitestown.
