Denton Floyd and Triple Crown Break Ground on Senior Living Development in Evansville
Warrick Springs will be located in the affluent submarket of Newburgh, Ind.

A ground breaking ceremony was held onsite at 9344 Warrick Trail in Newburg, Indiana on May 13th at 11 a.m. with leadership from Denton Floyd, Triple Crown and other city officials in attendance.
Warrick Springs will offer premium 1- and 2-bedroom assisted living and memory care units in this affluent submarket in the Evansville MSA. This 3-story community will be the best-in-class product in Newburgh and will include a movie theater, hair salon, therapy gym, private dining, library, bar/lounge, chapel, walking trails, and an outdoor garden with a gazebo.
