Denton Floyd Real Estate Group and Vitality Senior Services Close on New Development in Indianapolis, IN

Louisville, KY (April 6, 2022) – Denton Floyd Real Estate Group (“Denton Floyd”), Vitality Senior Services, and Lanier Asset Management closed in January 2022 on a new development to build a 131-unit Class A Assisted Living and Memory Care community located near Greenwood, IN. Avalon Senior Living will be located at 6021 S Arlington Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46237. Construction is currently underway and is expected to be completed by June of 2023.

Located in one of the fastest-growing areas in Indianapolis, Avalon will offer customized senior living options to the surrounding community. Avalon will have premier 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 606 to 1038 square feet, as well as a separate memory care unit. The three-story development is being built on six sprawling acres and will include a movie theater, hair salon, state-of-the-art therapy gym, private dining, library, bar/lounge, chapel, pavilion park, and tranquil outdoor garden with gazebo.
