Denton Floyd Enters into Elizabethtown, KY with Newest Luxury Apartment Community
Sage Springs will be the first PACE project constructed by Denton Floyd in Kentucky
Louisville, KY (January 18, 2023) – Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is excited to announce its newest luxury residential development, Sage Springs Apartments, a 336-unit multifamily apartment community located at 1850 Veterans Parkway in Elizabethtown, KY. The proposed development, known as Sage Springs, will offer premier 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units in one of the fastest-growing areas near Louisville, Kentucky.
Sage Springs will be located approximately 35 minutes south of Louisville, and less than 15 miles from the new $5.8 billion Ford Battery Plant. The Ford Battery Plant, to be completed by 2025, is the largest private investment in the history of Kentucky and will create over 5,000 high paying permanent jobs. A luxury apartment community such as Sage Springs is necessary to provide high-quality housing to the in-coming workforce.
Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) is a financing mechanism that enables low-cost, long-term funding for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation projects. Only highly energy efficient projects qualify for PACE financing.
