Our Story

Founded in 2008, Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is a full-service real estate development company specializing in the development, construction, and property management of multifamily, senior living and industrial projects. The Company started with just over 300 units and since then has strategically grown to own and manage with over 16,000 units under management or development in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Florida, and Texas since 2012.

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group began with the initial strategy of managing capital deprived assets and executing significant renovations of value-add properties. This knowledge and experience led to a strategy shift in 2016, whereby the Company began to develop Class A multifamily, senior living, and industrial projects.
